Sam isn't going to tell them what they already know. These players know what they are going against and understand the odds are not good. He will tell them to do your best and they will but that doesn't change the situation.

These coaches know what the team can do and not do. I talked with a high school head coach a bout a team just minutes before a playoff game. He said that his team will have its hands full tonight. Well he was right as his team got mercy ruled.

The case could be made, because they would add 3 more ranked teams they would have faced in the SECCG, Semis, and title game.

Thats not how it all works. Every team Arkansas beat would be deemed "overrated"

If everyone but the SEC cancels the season, does that mean all SEC teams are ranked in the top15?

That would never be repeated.

They certainly can but that is up to them. If they want to go 0-10 by all means do it. But they are going to beat some teams because they are going to outwork someone.

2013 VOLS (ranking at time of matchup)

@#2 Oregon
@19 Florida
#6 Georgia
#11 South Carolina
@#1 Alabama
@#10 Missouri
#9 Auburn

50% of our games came against top 10 teams with a 7th ranked game thrown on top of it.

LSU last year and Auburn in 2017 were pretty tough.

All Time? Will they play Texas A&M, Texas, Tulane, LSU, and Ole Miss on the road in a SIX day period? And shutout all five of them?

"The 1899 Sewanee Tigers went 12–0, outscoring opponents 322 to 10, and won the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Association (SIAA) title.

With just 13 players, the team known as the "Iron Men" had a six-day road trip with five shutout wins over Texas A&M, Texas, Tulane, LSU, and Ole Miss."
