Not shifting the bed in October and November would be a start.

Should have happened after Ol Miss game when he ran Kyle Allen out there with a separated shoulder and then left him out there to throw a couple dozen incompletions in a row, he couldn't pull him for Murray because he was secretly suspended for dog cussing a coach on the sideline the week before, that shite show situation sums up the KS era. GTFO

I do too.
I’ve always been a vocal supporter of his and will remain so in the future..
It’s simply time for a change.

Yeah I'd say the epitome of the Sumlin era was his total mismanagement of The Kyles. Not only in terms of promises made, and idiotic playtime splits that were developed, but the lies on top of ever compounding lies he told the media (and by extension, the fans) about what was going on. Which you are correct, culminated in a visibly fricked up Kyle Allen heaving up about 235 consecutive interceptions against Mississippi, shattering both the locker room and his fragile mind forever. Both of the Kyles transferring after that was actually just the sad coda before the credits rolled. The actual denouement was Sumlin's decision to make a public fool out of Allen and then tell a cockamamie lie about it.

Irrelevant at this point.

Totally irrelevant. He's actually been "fired" for a while now. It's a completely done thing. This isn't being handled like the sad, embarrassing Les Miles debacle/travisty. It's over.

Actually at this moment it is 100% exactly like that.
