Is Sankey is trying to go around a full member vote?

Because he doesn’t have the votes he needs to expel? The 9/10 meeting is only with 7 members of the Executive Committee.
Every member school should be very concerned about this.
Sankey wants everyone to follow the bylaws. Except him.
