Exactly why I'm not arguing. When he is on the field, he is probably the best corner in the nation. When he is off the field, the other teams make big plays (Julio TD in 2009). He has to condition himself better to make sure he can truly lock down one side of the field. That's what separates the good ones from the great ones, how bad you want it.

Yeah, seriously. All I see being argued is whether Julio Jones was shut down by him or not.

If he's the best cb in the SEC/country, how can he be overrated?

Can you imagine how GOOOD PP7 would be with Nick MO FO Saban coaching him up? Bet his azz wouldn't cramp up then.

If he played for Bama then he would probably not have an interception all season, because teams would simply not throw the ball to that side of the field.

Yeah, but saban would send him off the edge alot too. Arenas got a few sacks this year.

I've heard that John Fulton has been stepping into the corner position (much like Marquis Johnson did last season) in the Nickel and Dime defenses and allowing BJ to play the "money" position that Javy did last season. Could be a pretty impressive tandem.

5 of em this past year. Which is why he was the best DB and made the First SEC team at the end of the season.

If he is the best cb in the country next year (which is a hypothetical)-it will be determined by his play and not some propaganda by idiots on TD.com. But as long as those homer fans start threads claiming he is the best cb of his generation, better than Champ Bailey, etc. He will remain overrated.

Aren't both of these things true?

to date... Javy > PP. PP has potential to be one of the greatest. But he hasn't proven it yet. Much the same as Julio.

Looks like Rod Woodson is gonna be it. Don't expect to see Robert Lester or Jarrick Williams counted out of the equation yet. Nick Perry could see some playing time too, but I doubt it, he is probably bound for a red shirt. DeMarcus Milliner could play safety too, if he could just put on a little weight.

I just looked through your first 4 pages of posts, and almost every single one was either about Patrick Peterson or LSU

A normal Facebook is someone's personal profile. That's a fan page.
