With our roster, it's a miracle we've won as many games as we have this year.
He's very analytical about everything. And for the most part the players seem to understand his coaching demands from game to game.
We're just low on true basketball talent, but help is on the way next year.

They both need to come back. Both are at best looking to go overseas.
Jones stock won't improve staying or going. He has nothing but overachieved here. He can stay another year, get an education and still make money overseas.
