Definitely for baseball season and for basketball games as well.
The good thing is it can be used seasonally and it’s not a hassle to drop and pick back up, YouTube tv is the same way.
I find that I watch YouTube the majority of the time and it doesn’t cost anything.

yeah, thats a backup for me, but tvapp works differently. You can find specific streams, yes, but you can also just surf around different channels.
