Shitty QB play and Offensive Coordinator. But look at the talent differential between AUBURN and LSU. Coaching is a number of responsibilities. That LSU was finally able to heave Crowton has paid huge success this year.
Again, it goes to building and maintaining a program. Miles has a foundation for years to come. That cannot be said about Chiz Jizz and Tammy Trooper. Talent Pool has turned south quick while that staff has operated. No one to blame that on but Trooper and Chiz Jizz. Everyone but the AU Kool Aid drinkers knew that when he only had 37 for spring practice something was amiss. The fruits of Tammy Trooper's and Luper's harvests are coming to bear.
So I ask again, if AU finishes no better than 5th in the West, does Chiz Jizz go by the way of Larry Coker?

We're playing Sophomores and Freshman along the Dline, we don't have the talented depth or experienced QB to compete in the SEC this year. I know you hate Chizik and all things Auburn ranter so there's no use in trying to explain.

That's part of the philosophy of a Miles coached team. That is why he gives Schollys to Special Teams Positions. Seems to work too. Coaching is a total team effort in all phases - SEE AU's SPECIAL TEAMS PLAY on SATURDAY..

But isn't that the result of your coaching staff's production and successes/failures? This is year 3 of Chiz Jizz recruiting. The Talent should be there and it's not. YOU JUST ANSWERED YOUR OWN QUESTIONS FOR ME.

So it's their failure that their recruits are being the ones to earn PT as sophomores?
You keep saying it's year 3 of recruiting. I hope you aren't counting 2009 as Chiz's first full class seeing as how he had less than 2 months to try and keep the few that hung around and close the class out.

Bama fans will back up what he's saying. It's not about the talent you recruit. It's what you do with it. It's called COACHING THEM UP. Bama and LSU can take a 3* kid and coach him up, and he'll play every down. AU can't even teach a 5* kid how to perform at the college level. Anyone watching AU this year can see that it's a total lack of coaching. How else do you explain all the unsportsmanlike conduct penalties. That's one thing and one thing only...a lack of discipline. When your offense approaches the line, they are totally and completely lost. They really have no clue what to do. I'm not blaming the players at all. That's coaching. Malzahn is a high school coach pretending to be a college coach by running a ton of finesse plays.
Obviously, you all have not been watching the same games I've been watching.
