Burro is great. He is already the greatest of all time in college and maybe, just maybe, the very best NFL QB even though he hasn't played in the NFL yet.

He would have already thrown 540 TD's if he had been allowed to enter the NFL without attending college, which he could have if the rules weren't stacked against college players.
