and all the bragging about beating Tenn?...which actually you didn't ...they just botched a field goal...plain and simple, even if Cody hadn't touched the ball, that field goal wasn't going to be good...too low a trajectory....

Most of us Tiger fans share your opinion but the guy that asked the question insinuated he isn't too concerned.

Meh, Scoring Defense. Everyone knows scoring defense is more important than total defense. We just like to step it up in the red zone.

Dude, you need to get out of here. Always taking shots at LSU. LSU D just dominated an 8th ranked Auburn offense. And they held(dominated for the most part) a UGA offense that scored 17 more points(on the road) than your heisman led QB and RB did against arkansas.
not to mention holding UF to 13 points. 10 less than UT!!

If everyone would calm down and look at this logically. Both teams are stil somewhat unknown. Auburn O has been dominated the last 3 weeks, TN dominated Ga offense as well after letting Au embarrass them and Fla has the same offensive woes we do. LSu defense is good with a great cb in PP and a good one in Hawkins. Our secondaries are fairly equal but I think Bama has a better run stopping defense; however, LSU def only needs to be good enough t stop our offense as they will not play our def. and vice versa. So as I first stated these 2 teams are about as even as you can get and no one on this board has a clue who is gonna win. I can make an equal argument for both.

I agree just responding to secranter calling our d overrated. I think they're actually underrated in terms of a national hype and by other sec fans. The ypg is misleading because of the Washington game.
