So, you're saying, when discussing passing and receiving, we should look at TOTAL defense over PASS defense?
Yes. Just looking at passing defense is dumb. Like I said Kentucky A&M and Tenn have such a bad rushing defense , teams rarely have throw the ball much.

My arguement is based on facts that aren't cherry picked
NCAA total offense:
aTm = 3
LSU = 24
UA = 36
UGA = 27
MISS = 37
MIZZ = 16
NCAA scoring offense:
aTm = 4
LSU = 14
UA = 12
UGA = 33
MISS = 46
MIZZ = 11
NCAA passing offense:
aTm = 5
LSU = 29
UA = 49
UGA = 25
MISS = 35
MIZZ = 32
NCAA rushing offense:
aTm = 30
LSU = 34
UA = 27
UGA = 43
MISS = 46
MIZZ = 18
Texas A&M is clearly the SEC champ.
EDIT - added mizzou for shits and grins

So RickDaddy what is your score prediction for next week?

So is this defense the Iron Curtain, or can we chalk it up to luck of the draw?
How many LSU and other rival fans were saying this about our 2011 defense?
Here's the thing...the defense has allowed a mere two touchdowns to be scored on them in the last month and a half and have shut out two SEC opponents - something that no other SEC team can say.

Why you mad though? Grow up boy. The discussion was about bama and lsu wr corp. That's it.

UT gives up 31.6 pass attempts per game.
UK only 27.1 per game.
UGA 32.9 per game
Florida 31.3 per game
So yeah, not some huge difference.

But my point is, your stats are nothing but cherry picked troll material.

It will be a close game until the 4th when Bama's experienced defense makes the stops our young defense can't. Lsu doesn't have the depth this year to make it a 4th quarter game. That's what makes bama such an elite team. The gap between Bama's 1's and 2'a is far smaller than almost all programs. When Bama's 1s need a breather their back ups arent a huge drop off in talent. Lsu doesn't have that this year like the last few years. LSU is really young. At the start of the year we had 1 starter with more than 1 year of experience stating in the sec. Loston.

I'm worried that Sunseri will be missed in key situtations. Our corners will be outmatched by your WRs. It will be an offensive battle, which will be a change from previous LSU-Bama games.
34-31 Bama
34-31 Bama

Stating lsu's and Bama's wr stats for the year is not cherry picking or trolling. They are facts about the production of the wrs in question. They aren't cherry picked. Cherry picking would be what AllBamaDoes did and use sec stats only.

I like how, after he claimed no one threw on UT/UK, I proved people pretty much throw the same against them as UF/UGA, and nothing from him.

How is using wr stats for the season cherry picking. I really want to here this.

Im sure Cyrus or Slyve or whomever starts opposite Belue will get picked on some but I don't think it will be that bad. We will probably give up a long TD or 2 on a break down play but we do so well shutting down the running game and other aspects of the game that its hard to nickel and dime us all game long. I doubt we give up more then 24 pts.

Fine: Mett has thrown twice as many interceptions than AJ. Bama wins.

Because you're dumb. Look up the teams pass defense efficiency and you'll see who is the lowest.
Once again you have proven to not know football.
