Is 2022 East UT the same as 2018 West UT?

If I recall, that West group thought they were back to relevance after taking down their biggest rival and then capping the season off with a win against a top five to ten type program. Sound familiar?

Without just spelling it out for you, some colleges use the same letters as abbreviations of their school names.
One example would be South Carolina and Southern Cal both using "USC".

It’s funny that you have Tennessee in your mind almost 100 days prior to kickoff. For some of us it’s still baseball season.

UT=Tennessee and always will. Tennessee has been playing football longer than Texas.
UT has been an established University longer than Texas.
If it wasn’t for the Volunteers of Tennessee, University of Texas would be University of Mexico.
Even Tennessee Softball team just dominated Texas to advance to the WCWS in Oklahoma City.
