I know people like JDM, but even those drink on the weekends. It's study constantly until Friday, and then everything is out the window. That's what's odd about him is that he doesn't do that.

I was like that, without the studying.
I never really got into the Thursday night thing for whatever reason. I guess I never had the energy or willpower to go out 3 nights in a row. I was burned out on partying by my 2nd senior year.

I just worry about you (and I have a friend who is the same way and I worry about him just the same). Life's terribly short. Not that you shouldn't be successful or work towards that. But I fear you're missing some of the finer things in life this way.
