I was thinking they did go under, but wasn't sure. The Germantown one was in a shopping center that just never seemed to attract the attention they designed it for. Germantown also has an unwarrrented elitist frame of mind. Everything they build has to "Stand out." I mean, when you design a cell tower to look like a redwood it's going a bit far. Especially when every tree around it is either a birch, oak or pine that are barely taller than most rooftops.
Bookstar is another that went under here, though that was a while back.
