I drink 160-200 ounces of water a day and only eat 1200-1500 calories a day, why not get meal replacement shakes to fill you up?

Every church I have ever sat in, ask people to fast for a week (at some point, some just do a weekend), so what is another 3 days?

I'm adding protein to the drinks, so it's really just protein shakes with fruits and veggies mixed in. It's not enough though.

I play tennis about 5 nights a week. My tennis partner is out of town, so I thought this would be a good week to try fasting.
Why is this week any better than last week to quit eating food? And I wouldn't quit eating food regardless at least go all veggie but you should still eat something your body needs things like iron, calcium, sodium to carry out daily processes. Yes it will dip into your 20lbs of reserve but that isn't healthy because your body will get confused when you do go back to eating again and you will end up with more fat than you began with.

I'm juicing a ton of veggies though. I'm still getting the nutrients as if I was eating them.

I will probably get fat when my metabolism slows down (if that ever happens). I have to eat every 2 hours to avoid starving it seems like.
