We're in a total rebuild with a first time HC and the availability of our starting QB and RB has been unknown since last week, though both are now probable.

The money has already shifted back in our favor since the line rose to +4, so its coming back down.

There are still just too many unknowns with our team except that our secondary is definitely vulnerable, so ECU is basically favored for being at home.
