Crystal or Louisiana Hot Sauce is the way to go. Tabasco is too vinegary for me.

My grandpa swore by Crystal. We always argued over that.

I don't mind Tabasco but it sure the heck isn't my first choice. It just has a tang to it that takes away from what it's purpose is....which is bringing the heat.....JMHO.

Crawfish is one thing, but only popcorn shrimp and fried oysters is another. Fried oysters are the worst type of oysters.

I'm freaked out by raw food.

I just don't like them. I'm a picky eater. There is a lot of foods I don't like.

And Robot, Crystals is awesome. It is my fave, but I don't eat much hot sauce. I put Tony Cacheries on pretty much everything I eat.

Over the years, I've found tabasco a little bland, it's still ok. but I like a lot more that have flavor + heat.

Well since I am evidently missing out with Tabasco....let's hear some suggestions on hot sauce.

I never really liked Crystal, fwiw. Not hot enough.

Tabasco has branched out. They have quite a few flavors now.

None of which I'll eat, but I'm too picky apparently.

You don't claim to be from the South, so I understand it. You also aren't overly opinionated and criticize someone for not liking exactly what you like. Like I said, I'm a very picky eater. There is a lot of foods I don't eat. It's my preference. I'm not one of those people that will just eat anything. I understand if someone doesn't like something because I am the same way with certain foods.
