he only had a few nibbles of table scraps but he got worms. Im betting he had them when i got him.

Take him to the vet and they will give him several Cc's of Strongid. Most puppies... Especially strays are born with worms. They usually get Strongid within the first week or two. Problem solved.

I took him to the vet this morning, they gave him his rabies shot and some stuff to knock out the worms.

i knew before we went he had worms, i saw them yesterday in his poo. He went today and got shots for it and rabies.

Good deal, but unless you're feeding him raw meats you'll be fine given him SOME scraps. Just not too much when he's older or he could have weight problems later.
