It's gonna happen.

Mullen has these guys upwardly mobile. . .Nutt has always settled for "almost good".

Considering that Ole Miss will be worse this year than last, and MSU will be better this year than last, I have to agree. MSU is going to humiliate Ole Miss.

that's a tough one to pick, Mullen is bringing some energy to Starkville but Nutt always thrives when the expectations are absent

i agree. Old Miss will finish last in the West. MSU will hold the tie-breaker over them to finish 5th.

I have a really good feeling that we can upset either Auburn or Georgia at home this year also.

Some people are saying that Georgia wont be very strong this year due to lack of QB experience and we get them the 4th week of the year.

Auburn is on a Thursday night game on ESPN and with it being in Starkville, ANYTHING is possible.

UGA is starting a RS freshmen I think. That's not exactly the recipe for a real sucessful season.

I know georgia's offensive coordinator. He says this kid prepares better than anyone he's ever had.Always watchin film and does all the little things to get better, says the kid it just a winner.I don't know if that translates to success in the SEC,usually it doesn't as a rs freshman .I believe they have questions on defense. It will be interesting to see how they adapt to the 3-4 scheme and I don't know if they have the personale for that defense. If State goes to a bowl game this yr.We have to be at least 2-2 in Sept.imo

.

Not likely on the road coming off a big win over Arkansas.

I wish LSU had an instate rival that we could not stand. Maybe not.

I'm 40 and all my life LSU has dominated Tulane. Not much there. I've been to one Iron Bowl in Birmingham, incredible atmoshpere. Bama won in Gene Stallings first year. Nothing like it.

I've given up on even arguing about stuff like this. If I had no idea what has happened about the past the way MSU posters talk you would think they have a had more than one winning season in a decade.
