Conference championships are meaningless. Alabama getting in wasn't an accident. Alabama get matching with Clemson wasn't an accident either. It's all about ratings. In Louisiana high school playoffs, there was a team that was 0-10 and made the playoffs. 0-10!!!!

We all love college football, why do so many people want to change one of the things that makes it different from the rest in that they try and put the best teams in match ups at the end of the year to crown a champion - not just create an end of year tournament?
