If Tennessee had any real evidence on Pruitt it would have come out by now.

Remember when Ole Miss got popped by the NCAA evidence was coming almost weekly or every few weeks.

Outside of money in McDonald's bags nothing has come out. Where did that money come from who gave it to them etc?
How much money were in those bag 100 or 1000s?

It started coming out and kept coming out for 2 years. Everything was already in the public domain long before the NCAA finally announced what it found.

Why would Tennessee want an already angry ex-head coach, who would have all the goodies in his personal domain, threatening full exposure? Looks a lot like, if I'm going down, the hill is going with me. I don't think the NCAA could collect half the provable data that Pruitt has if he decides to go full Perry Mason and confess.

If he gets his buyout he won't need it.
