A simple no would suffice.

Carry on.

The fact that you cheer for Georgia or any other SEC team does nothing to validate your opinion or prove level of knowledge. It just means you cheer for a SEC team.

Wait 100 years? That is an asinine statement.

What a silly question. If that happens, it will be clear that God has abandoned us, and nobody will blame Butch for something that is clearly Urban Meyer's fault.

Underrated post, imo.

My question would be, "Did God abandon us for putting Mizzou in the East in the first place, an abomination against geography, culture and tradition; and we know how the Lord feels about abominations - I've gotten 'the look' from him just for wearing poly-fiber shirts before, and if so, isn't Slive to blame at least as much as Urban for his prior sins?"

This isnt as complicated as you want to make it seem. Either a team is ranked or it isnt, and Mizzou has only beaten 2 ranked SEC teams in 4 full seasons, and neither were highly ranked. That isnt gonna earn Mizzou respect.

Yes. Won't happen though. Mizzou won't even make it to a bowl game.

Enough of your childish smack. Get to the point and start listing the quality sec teams you have beaten since 2012, scores included of course.

Well lets define some parameters to keep the goal posts from moving:

What is a quality team? MU beat aTm and Arkansas in 2014. Both teams had overall winning records and beat ranked teams during their season. The 7-6 Hogs overall opponent adjusted FEI was 18th in the nation vs the #7 SOS. aTm's opponent adjusted offensive FEI was
15th in the nation against the #10 SOS. Florida was flawed offensively but had one of the best defenses in the nation. Their adjusted FEI rank was #8 in the country against the #14 SOS.

Georgia did throttle MU that year but Georgia lost to two teams that MU beat.

When MU entered the league the general line was "we are the deepest conference in the country and we beat up on each other. Even good teams don't make it through our 8 game schedule unscathed. You guys are going to need at least 5 years to build depth, maybe even 10." Was that a line of fecal matter to be used when convenient? The statistics certainly back it up but because MU was the new guy in town and won, "Nah, we sucked, but you wait 'til next year!"

The middle of the offensive line was bad and Mauk was snorting everything put in front of him prior to the cs1950 stuff. It didn't help but MU has going to be a bad offensive football team regardless.

Man, I can't wait for this season to begin.

Mizzou fans are going to be a holy terror on tRant once we start winning again.

You think your jimmies were rustled in 13 and 14. Just fricking wait.

Yeah, but Kirby Smart is the bestest coach ever!!!

Mind showing me where anybody said this? And surely you aren't insinuating that if Missouri could have hired him you wouldn't have.

I'd rather have Odom. They are quite similar really other than Smart is a bigger name at a bigger progrm. Odom is a MISSOURI guy, born and bred. That would be the tiebreaker in my mind.

He was who I wanted all along, so no I would not rather have Smart.
