When Bama loses, how will they be remembered
They won't. And it's gonna be sweet. This LSU team knows it can beat Bama in the toughest environment possible. They were "standing on the tracks with the train barreling towards them"....then they beat your arse IN YOUR HOUSE.
But then it'll just be, "well hell, at least we made it to the game Bubba...ain't nothing to be shamed of. You wawna see my new mule? He's a good'ern."
So you hicks can talk shite all you want....whatever you have to tell yourselves to convince you that deserve to play for it all when you're the third best team in your conference. Come January 9th, you'll be reminded..yet again...who your Daddy is.

LSU will be remembered a lot better then Bama when they lose. Bama will be remembered as the team that never should have been there in the first place.

they will claim it as a National Championship in their totals no matter that they lost the game. Yeah, I know it is difficult to get down to their level of thinking.
They will claim the Harvey Updyke poll or something.

WTF are Alabama fans so proud of this year?? Their greatest accomplishment so far is taking LSU into overtime and losing by 3 points.

Depends how it loses...
QB play in this game will shape how the team is remembered IMO.

but the team as a whole probably won't be revered as one of Bama's greats...despite winning a MNC. This is probably a product of the expectations Saban has built.
Good grief. Most delusional fanbase on the planet.

The CHAMPIONSHIP GAME is decisive. Deal with it.
Apparently as decisive as November 5th was.
Trust me, we are still dealing with it.

Because we are entitled to a second chance, the game in Tuscaloosa on 11-05 was just a meaningless exhibition game. The one on 01/09 is for the hardware.

SEC Champs and the team that beat the national champ and still has a better record than them.

If we lose?
Disappointing. Not going to lie. No matter how great a team this was, it will not matter because they will not have hoisted the crystal ball, the mark of a BCS champion.

we better win considering the NC hunt has messed up my drinking schedule with all these day games

But what will be this LSU team's legacy if they lose the BCSNCG?
They would remember the big chip on their shoulders during spring practice. It won't happen though so I suspect the motivation will be..."First repeat NC in the BCS era"! Get on board Sam and Michael!
