You've recruited just about as well as anyone in the country except at the most important position on the field. Keep Les around, wait for a decent QB, and you'll see 10-11 wins again. The alternative of course is to get a guy like Kiffin who will undoubtedly find that QB, or even mold one.

Kiffin's a good coordinator but his personality is self destructive and impulsive when he's the boss. Just my thought based on 3 ugly dismissals
