LOL stockpile talent. Sure they got some players, everyone does...it's the SEC. All that matters is that the 11 you run out on the field are good enough to win vs. the other teams 11....and Ole Miss has done that more than everyone in SEC except for Bama and GA...and we aint far behind them.
Recruiting rankings don't win games....FL, Auburn and LSU are prime examples of this
Duh.
That's why those programs fired their coaches and why your coach is interested in their openings.

Ole Miss just had its largest crowd ever… 68,000ish. LSU had more than that at an 11:00 kickoff, against a bad Arkansas team, with an interim head coach. Perspective

When Lane leaves, I think youll find that Ole Miss goes straight back to where they were.
People are confusing Lane Kiffin with the OM program.

I just can’t understand why Lane would leave Ole Miss. I just don’t get it.
Florida and LSU are better jobs, top 10 jobs, some may say top 5.
I can understand why most coaches would leave for them, but not Lane.
Given his past troubles and the path to get to where he is, personally and professionally. Why would you risk that happiness. It can’t be for just more money. I just don’t get it. For jobs that will railroad you in 2 years if you aren’t playing for a natty.
I think Ole Miss is his perfect fit. I really do. If you are Ole Miss fans, stop hand wringing and complaining so publicly. Let the man breathe. If he leaves then trash him; but stop burning it all down before he can figure it all out. You are making it it worse. Do you want him to leave?

Part of it is:
- record breaking crowd this past weekend at Ole Miss (68,000+)
- no head coach, terrible team, playing a 2-7 Arkansas team; LSU had more fans this weekend than Ole Miss.
