He's getting 3 years minimum barring some colossal underperformance. I'm talking sub-.500 not "does not make the 12-team playoff" type of underperformance.
I tend to think year 4 would be the put up or shut up season. Dubose and Shula even got 4 years. DeBoer is probably a better coach than either of them.
