What were Henry's Heisman worthy stats in his games against ole miss and Arkansas? What defense did Henry play against that's comparable to Bamas? The Heisman is a what have you done for me lately award- lucky for Henry, he got his less than Heisman worthy numbers out of the way early and padded his stats in his last two games. Fournette played a totally backloaded schedule.

Henry played against 3 top 10 defenses, FWIW.

So Henry's big Heisman moment came against a shitty 8-3 LSU team that barely ended up ranked. Congrats I guess.

IDK. He ran for 147 (11.31 YPC) and 3 TDs against the #3 ranked defense in the country.

You truly are an idiot. Can you go ahead and post the passing stats for Bama and LSU? LSUs passing was ranked damn near last the entire season. Our two best blockers went out with injury early in the season- which kinda has an impact when all you can do is run the ball against 8 and 9 man fronts every game. How many true freshmen were starting on Bamas o-line in the LSU game? If anybody carried their team, it was Fournette. running 40+ times in your last two games doesn't =carrying the team.

Being completely one dimensional against the #1 rushing defense in the country prolly had a little something to do with the outcome of the game. Nobody can honestly think that Henry would've done better if the teams were swapped. The star of that game was Alabamas defense, not Henry.
And LOL at claiming Wisky on that list. That'd be like us bragging about Fournettes 244 yard game breaking Syracuse's 15 game streak without allowing a 100 yard rusher.

Wisky?! Lol. of course they were. Look at the teams they played. They got beat by all 3 teams with a pulse that they played. Who wouldn't have a top ranked defense against the likes of Miami (OH) and the Fighting Illini of Illinios.
at the cherry picking of stats by Bama fans.

Oh look, it's the old "we play defense" SEC guy unearthed circa 10 years ago nevemind the millions of yards SEC D's have given up recently.
And the award isn't best pro prospect or best RB...but most outstanding player. Best all-around player.
CM wlled his way to the Rose Bowl.
Expending energy as WR, KR, PR and HB.
He wasn't just some guy who came in and ran in as a cog in a machine. He was old school and shined when it mattered most.
He single-handily won that Rose Bowl berth and Pac-12 title.
Where is Henry's Heisman moment? CM had about 5. And 5 games that were greater than Henry.

S&P+ adjusts for strength of opposition. Their defense ranks 7th by that metric and 14th in the rush defense component.
Wisky's issue in their losses besides Alabama wasn't their defense. It was their inability to generate consistent offense against two strong defensive teams in Iowa and Northwestern (look at what they did to your boy McCaffrey).

Henry has basically been our offense this season particularly with there being no viable option behind him between injuries and inexperience. He alone has accounted for 38% of our offense (McCaffrey is at 42%).
I don't see any way you could argue that McCaffrey faced anywhere near the strength of defenses Henry did.
Oregon St. gave up 600+ yards four times including 700+ once.
Arizona gave up 500+ yards to UTSA and an Arizona St. team that got shut down by A&M.
UCLA gave up 400+ yards to that same ASU team and 500+ to Colorado.
Those are the teams he had his best games against. No matter how you cut it the PAC-12 is full of teams with shite defenses. He's had one impressive performance all year against a top 30 defense.

Ok so Henry was 13/147 against #3 Wisky defense- and 38/210 against LSU. Which means it took 25 additional carries to get 63 more yards against the #25 ranked LSU defense. Plus 12 additional carries for 6 less yards against Florida, 26 more carries for 34 more yards against Auburn, and was worse than Fournette against both Arkansas and Ole Miss as well. Impressive. I can only imagine what kind of gaudy numbers he would put up against Bama.

Uhm... okay?
I was only pointing out that Wisky's defense is most likely legit. I haven't read through this entire topic so I don't really get what your point is

Henry against OM: 23 carries, 127 yards, 5.5 average, 1 TD
Fournette: 25 carries, 108 yards, 4.3 average, 0 TD.
But if it makes you feel better, yes, he did have more YPC in fewer carries against Arkansas. Congratulations.

I get why Henry will most likely win the Heisman, but there's no reason to be running the guy 45+ times a game. And he will be going against an extremely physical defense in Sparty. You thought Wisconsin's d was the best he's seen? Try again. Their front seven is nowhere near what Shilique Calhoun and Joel Heath, Riley Bullough, Arjen Colquhoin, Cox. They are a damn good defense.
Try again doofus, we have played approx 4 better defenses than yours. Lets play a game of find your name on this list

26 pages, not bad.
Henry is a beast, will be a wonderful Heisman winner and will continued to do the University of Alabama proud
