My good buddy is family friends with Smart and he seems to be leaving after this year. He stayed after last year only to learn/win more and build up better offers.

well then he's probably never going to get a HC job bc he's an inherent risk.

He could easily be a puppet. Programs better than Arkansas wont risk it.

If he's waiting for jobs better than arkansas, he's going to be waiting for a while.

No way KS takes first head coaching job going up against CNS every year. He would do well to go elsewhere and earn his head coaching stripes before returning to face the master.

Hell, he may just stick around until Saban retires in a few years.
