It really is the cleanest I've seen. Most all the primary rivals are maintained, the geography is reasonable, and it appears about as competitively balanced long-term as possible.

But if it's Duke rather than VPI as #16, I think you have to go back to the drawing board as the NE would be too weak and no one would be happy if A&M got Duke as a cross-divisional game
