Ugh.
We lost ours for 10 days in February during the Arctic blast.
My mantra the entire time was: “At least it’s not August.”
Take care of each other.
And post here if there’s anything I can do.

We were out for 4 or 5 days in February. 10 days is ridiculous. I think the most I've ever been without was 8 days back during Hurricane Andrew.

concerning trend for sure but I wouldn't say LA will get Cat 5's on a normal basis

Half the roof has been taken off the multiplex which houses the police department. Unimaginable devastation reported
from some of my lifelong friends that stayed back (Fire & Rescue personnel)

Multiple wind gauges in Fourchon clocked winds over 160 mph... highest i've heard of was 168 mph. Wind gauge at the GI police dept. broke @ 147 mph, which was a few hours before the eye got there
