The guy is a liar. I pointed it out earlier and he still continues posting it.
Here’s some real stats
Brian Kelly is 4-11 against top 10 teams
2 of those 4 wins the teams finished unranked , and 1 of the remaining 2 wins was against Clemson who lacked their starting QB and 3 defensive starters
If Tennessee was top 10 at the time it would make it 4-12 but I don’t think they were

Entered 5-0 in 1962 and won. Tornado alley made a post showing there were a few others as well. Something like 4-4 being the overall results when including ties
