As much as I want to agree I don’t think Gus did anything I wouldn’t have done at the end. He wanted a first down to kick a FG and win. The receiver screwed a good pass up big time. That doesn’t change the big picture. Gus is responsible for the loss. Just not the pick six if that makes sense.
