I think LSU ends up hiring Lane Kiffin

Let’s look at the facts:
1. LSU wants a big, flashy coaching hire.
2. With how much they are having to pay their to-be-fired coach, they won’t be able to afford a Jimbo.
3. Don’t think they could pull off hiring Freeze or Art Briles right now, even though LSU fans would love those hires.
4. Lane had a good year at Ole Miss. He’s hotter right now than he’s ever been and hates Saban, so going to LSU just makes sense.
It’s gonna happen I think.

Negative. Lane has free reign to do as he pleases in Oxford. He would not have that same free reign in Baton Rouge. With some of the stuff that’s come out about O, we ain’t hiring Kiffin. He’d kill it here, I really think he would. But I seriously doubt he’s our next coach.

I think this is big for lane. We are meeting all of his demands about to invest 300 million dollars into the football upgrades. Plus Keith carter has no overwatch on him whatsoever.

Maybe one day this board will give up on the LSU is broke narrative. Ed O just got a buyout of over $17 million and was already being paid over $9 million a year. Hell the new womens basketball coach will make nearly $3 million a year. Dumb sec rant is dumb
