Curley Hallman: fired, never had another college head coaching job
Mike Archer: fired, never had another college head coaching job
Bill Arnsparger: resigned due to athletic wide scandal, never had another college head coaching job
Jerry Stovall: fired, went into banking, was never a football coach again.

As an LSU fan, he does have a point. Ignore coaches pre-Saban, different program, but LSU really can ruin a coach by expectations.
Love Les, an elite version of Pruitt in terms of keeping the program alive and lovable. But to be fair even O will never get a HC again beyond the D2 level.
