I am not looking up the list of injuries every time we have this debate, and I smoke way too much weed to remember them.
You can claim Alabama only had 2 injuries if it makes you feel better, and I'll just giggle at the fact you need to believe that.
Unless you are talking about only the MLB position, in which case yes I guess there were only 2 injuries to the starters. Well, even more than that if we are counting opt outs and transfers.

Ya gotta admit, Bama winning the National Championship and Heisman Trophy even feels right to you

Now go count how many star opponents opted out vs bama…

The stat deviations from 2019 to 2020 prove that.
You mean the ones where 2019 LSU wasn't even the #1 team in 2019?

LSU fans only watch the first half of 2019, and none of the 2020 game.

I mean 2019 LSU vs 2020 Bama isn’t even a debate

Bama had a great/dominant team last year, but besides LSU playing in full, hostile stadiums against many highly ranked teams and having two more Ws, in the post-season, LSU destroyed everyone.
Homefield advantage is less than 3 points.
Your 2 extra wins are NorthWestern St and Georgia Southern.
LSU beat Auburn by 3, Alabama by 5 and NR in the coaches poll Texas by 7. Your defense was terrible and destroyed nobody.
Bama could have went 15-0, but they didn't simply because the season was shortened. However, every game is wear and tear on players and another chance for significant players to get injured even against cupcakes.
That "terrible defense" held every post-season team they played below their scoring average by an average of 17 points. The #3 scoring offense, Clemson, was averaging 43 and only scored 25 against LSU in the national championship. LSU's D even still held the #2 scoring offense, Bama, 6 points below their scoring average in the regular season. I never said LSU's D was great. But they did peak at the right time in the post-season.
Bama's D held their post-season opponents to an average of 7 points below their scoring average. Florida averaged 39 ppg and scored a TD above their scoring average at 46.

The extra games you are quoting in records are cupcake games. So basically your argument is Alabama and it's opponents needed to play a bunch of FCS and low ranked G5 teams in order to be better.
Haha...what? No, that's not what I said. I was simply stating the records. When a team beats three teams in post-season with a combined record of 38-5, then it's safe to assume that they played a lot of very good teams since they are playing in the post-season. My whole point (which I thought was pretty clear) was that when it came to the post-season and what is supposed to be the toughest games, LSU completely dominated those teams (and the numbers show that). But even if you include the rest of the games, LSU still had the most Ws ever against teams in the final top 25.

Wouldn't matter. Didn't matter. Everyone was losing to Bama last season. Your Derrick Stunkley played and got his arse lit up by Devonta all game long
frickin bum

Season. It starts in September, not December.

Yeah, that's why you are dumb.

Some of you Bama fans are so triggered that you're not even reading the whole sentence. Clearly, LSU did not destroy everyone. Texas, Auburn and Bama come to mind. In the post-season though, like I stated, LSU destroyed everyone.

Use your own search abilities. It has been posted here. Bama schedule was the least affected by opt outs and CV19 sit outs in the country.
It's a tiresome, unwinnable discussion.
LSU may have had the best offensive system and players in CFB history.
Alabama may have been the most complete TEAM in CFB history.
Both were extraordinarily fun to watch regardless of circumstance.

I don't know how we can trash 2019 LSU's defense for giving up 21 points per game but laud 2020 Alabama's defense for giving up 19 points per game.

14 pages. I was just hoping for a few nibbles.

I am a homer and the 2020 team was a bright spot during a weird, hectic year. I really don’t give a damn what other fanbases think about the team…it was a fun, enjoyable season.

The all FBS component is a portion of that.
But, I'm not "trashing" either.
I've never seen a team as unified, connected and having fun playing winning football for each other than 2020 Alabama. It was a unique culture that ran very deep. And, in all likelihood, it was borne out of an embarrassing NCG loss and injury riddled follow-on season with a few too many "super stars" who may have not had the same servant-leader mentality.

You mean like having the most wins ever in a season against teams in the final top 25 poll like I mentioned?
Most of the arguments from Bama fans are that the cupcakes don't matter (which I agree with), so I focused on the post-season when teams usually play the best teams they play all year.

Explain further your statement has zero substance.
In what defense?
Alabama didn't have the number 1 defense in 2020.
