I don't see what the big deal is.... He should have announced he is going to get treatment for his disease and turned it over to his attorneys.
I hate drunk driving but it's hypocritical these days as they have lowered the limits so low.... hell the checkpoint cops go get a beer after a long shift of handing out duis.
