Perhaps LSU is broke after paying out BK? I mean, can they really compete with Texas, A&M, or Tech? No, they are almost as poor as the state of Mississippi.

Are they not? BK’s buyout was immense and you don’t have oil money the way Texas does. Your state, in effect, is one of the poorest in the nation.
