I don't see how you can put a one loss Bama who didn't even win their conference in the playoffs, over a one loss OU or OSU who won theirs. It would be pretty unfair.

You are the only one. #1 all season long, dominated everyone.

It's like you haven't been watching the BCS/CFP groups the last several years.

It seems unfair, but prepare yourself.

You’ll have to beat us twice to win it all

Then Bama is in and they are out.

I'm certain Saban will beg the committee like he always does when he doesn't win the SEC.

Conference champ only matters if the committee feels the teams are in the same tier. They’re not.

OU is arena league.
OSU has a god-awful loss and a lot of shitty games.
Bama destroyed everyone in a manner not seen since the 19th Century.

Only shot for Bama to be left out is UGA wins by 30. No way that’s happening.

This is the 5th year of the playoffs. When Bama wins Saturday, it will be their 4th SEC Title in those 5 years. Let's not act like it's a regular occurrence.

If Bama hadn’t won 5 of the last 9, you may be right. However, Bama’s resume is more than this one season...right or wrong.

It's not about conference championships.

It's about the FOUR BEST TEAMS, by the committees own words.

That is not going to happen! Refs got their back if things do not go Alabama's way.

Bama will always be in base on sheer strength of schedule.

I agree with you OP, especially since the Ohio St AD is on the committee.

If it does happen, though, I think there'll be some notable changes to the selection rules next year.
