Sigh and shrug your shoulders. Bout all you can do. It'd go a long toward making it up to me, though, if the Redcoats would play one verse of Georgia On My Mind at the start of the 4th quarter before Krypton

While the Tech band was known as the “yellow-jacketed band,” the reporter found it necessary to dub UGA’s band as “the red-coated band.” The name stuck and by the time Roger and Phyllis arrived, the University of Georgia Dixie Redcoat Band was formed

It's the same reason we went from being students that wore yellow coats to being called the GT Yellow Jackets. I'd like to see Buzz in a Gold sport coat

Near the end of his show, a caller, presumably a Georgia Bulldogs fan, came on the air and said, "Hello? Hello?" and then began barking before either hanging up or being cut off. Johnson responded, "Hello? Hello? He just got off from Walmart."

This thread is frickin hysterical. Seriously!
But I had to stop reading when I couldn't figure out if swoopin was a missouri fan, an auburn fan, or a GaTech fan.
Split personalities much?

You boys still at it?
I'm looking forward to Saturday. Can't wait to take part in the old Tech tradition of spitting on cars as I cross the downtown connector. I say that with a sneer on my face - all the while I'm secretly giddy at the chance to eat at the real Varsity.

Varsity.
Always wondered why they don't open a Varsity Jr. in Auburn. Bet it would do great business.
