Slight nitpick...why is Bullseye using a scope for a 30 yard shot. Man, could have thrown a toothpick from that distance.

Because it was already on the gun?

I’m new to FL and riding out my first hurricane. Here’s to hoping we don’t regret it

I’m in Babcock Ranch though. It was hit head on by cat 4 Ian and had no flooding, loss of power/water or even internet. It’s a newly constructed city built with hurricanes in mind. Most of the locals stayed for Ian and based on the local FB groups, next to nobody is leaving for this one. Granted, we’re not expected to take a direct hit this time.

Most of the homes in Babcock Ranch have a finished floor elevation of 30 feet or a bit above, depending if you are in the southern or northern part of the community
This article says he has a wife and two kids.

The Tampa Bay Times reported in April 2022 that Franco had got married and his wife was expecting their second child - their second son. He apparently has a tattoo of their first son on his left arm.

Look at all that global warming that occurred in the early 1900s! We try to predict climate trends based on a blip of time relative to the climate. It's so ridiculous.

That is not how weather works. We live in the Northern Hemisphere where summer time winds are predominantly out of the north. This is even more so the case in the plains states.

The predominant average hourly wind direction in Omaha varies throughout the year.

The wind is most often from the south for 7.0 months, from April 22 to November 22, with a peak percentage of 50% on August 29. The wind is most often from the north for 5.0 months, from November 22 to April 22, with a peak percentage of 37% on January 1.

12 Team - $50 -ESPN - Auction Draft-Keeper - Roto - 12 Team – Draft: 3/26 @7:30pm EST (tonight)

I'm looking to fill ONE spot in a keeper league (12th year). It's an Auction Draft style ($270 Budget), 12-team, Roto 6x6. ESPN league. Draft is set for Sunday March 26th at 7:30pm EST.

**Roster Positions:** C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, MI, CI, OF (4x), UTIL; SP (2x) P (4x), RP (2x); Bench (5x), IL (2x)
**Auction Draft - $270 Budget**

**Keeper Rules**

2. The 1st year a player is kept $3 will be added to their established salary. The 2nd year and each year following, $5 will be added to their salary every year the player is kept.
3. Players acquired during the season via the Free Agent Auction (FAA) process will have their salary set for the keeper purpose at $8.

This has me now looking at the Pixel 7 - just like that.

The newer pixel phones are awesome. Great camera and software. Love the functionality with google photos, Google TV's etc. I used Google Fi as my carrier for years until I needed unlimited data and it just wasn't worth it.

I have no misconception that Google the company isn't just as full of lefty assholes as Apple. I've always hated Apple for their unnecessary proprietary bullshite used to gouge their consumers. itunes, their stupid charging cables, not allowing additional memory cards back when it was necessary, etc.
quote:

This was my exact problem. The quality of videos and pictures was terrible

It's not the Android destroying the image quality. It's Apple and it's proprietary bullshite. Android to Android using RCS will preserve the original image quality.

What exactly is RCS?
RCS stands for Rich Communication Services.

It provides features like typing indicators, end-to-end encryption for one-to-one conversations, reactions, higher-quality media sharing etc. A modern messaging standard.

Apple knows what’s broken, it is their time to fix it.
quote:

If android or someone else ever makes a communication app like iMessage I would switch back.

You've got it backwards. Apple iMessage is an outdated pile of Apple bullshite that it maintains to make iPhone users think it would suck to not have it. They refuse to upgrade to RCS messaging.
This is rather ridiculous. These new ballots or cured ballots or whatever came in at about a 60/40 split for the Dem.
How is that over performing? It's pretty much right in line with the % she's gotten in Pima up to this point.

If there's not some huge red drop like people keep calling for, I'm pretty sure Pima and Maricopa are going to be at a higher % for Dem than in 2020 and 2018.
They did big drops. Was watching pretty close and Fulton did a 65% dump early on. And DeKalb was sitting at like 10% then did a dump that took them up to the 60% range.
quote:

So weird that there’s only blue bumps.

Are there any counties that are 10% of the population and vote 75%+ red? I know there aren't in GA. Fulton and Dekalb both fit this criteria in GA, but are blue. Unfortunately, Gwinnett is getting really close too.
quote:

That seems statistically impossible

It was probably DeKalb. It's the 4th largest county and votes about 85% blue.

Tell me how Walker will help me out. I am listening. Sway me for the runoff.

I already did. By not voting for Herschel, you are effectively increasing the odds that Warnock gets elected. Warnock is another yes vote for all the bullshite the libs try to pass. Herschel would be another no vote for all the bullshite the libs try to pass.

Are you against crazy gun reforms?
Are you anti illegal immigration?
Are you anti the bullshite like adding thousands of new IRS agents and having to report all payments received over $600 to the IRS?
Are you against males that identify as females playing female sports?
Are you against gov't imposed lockdowns and vaccine mandates?

If you answered yes to the above questions, Herschel is a vote against that stuff. Not voting for Herschel is half a vote for Warnock and he is a vote for all that shite.

WTF, just saw you voted FOR Warnock. How does that make sense to you? Are you for all the shite Warnock is promoting?
quote:

Voted for Kemp. Didn't vote for Walker. Kemp has been good for the state. When we have a surplus he puts it back in our pockets.

Walker is a scumbag Trump wannabe. He will do absolutely nothing for me.

So you basically gave half a vote to Warnock. What do you think Warnock is going to do for you? Do you think it's better to have Warnock in office than Herschel? If you don't, then how can you come to the conclusion it's in your best interest to not vote for Herschel?
quote:

If you go to the AZ SOS website, it shows the same vote numbers as CNN but with 99% reported. That has Lake down.

Looking at the 2020 election, looks like about 3.2 million people voted. Currently the AZ SOS website shows under 2 million total votes. Either way less people voted or their website is inaccurately showing 99% precincts reported.

I've been pretty curious about several of these good tech companies returning to pre-covid share prices while their rev's etc have increased. I guess the question, besides the effect of the overall economy/market, is can these companies maintain and grow these numbers or was it all just a blip due to the strange circumstances that COVID created?

Another EV company. Someone was talking about it and they seemed very high on it. I looked around on the internet briefly, looks like they doing a tour in the US. Shares are between 0.50-0.60 at the moment.

They have been doing a stock dilution tour all year. On the surface, they do seem to be applying that capital in a manner that could lead to something in the long run but likely a longshot. I believe the float is pushing 1 billion at this point. I'm not great at understanding all the different forms of dilution, but I think they just approved another 900 million shares to enter the float. Mostly from previous investors that have likely been selling into this pump.
