How would the media react to Bama having several less than 10 wins seasons

WITH Saban at the helm. I say this because of this
Those years he speaks of were 7-6, 6-6 type campaigns hat made people question if Bear Bryant's magic had run out and the dynasty was over. Level head prevailed and it's still up to history whether or not Bryant's job was ever in any true danger plus coach Bryant would go on to win three more titles at the Capstone.
So, even if History has shown a down period can happen to the best, is Alabama ready to remain calm should the current dynasty move down a gear for a year or two.
I sadly don't think so.

this is the same fanbase who wanted Bryant fired when he had a couple of down years in 68, 69, and 70.

The media just wants a story.
Alabama would be the story if there isn't a real dominant team to replace them at the top, making the ability for the program to wait it out more difficult.
If Bama starts a decline and some other school rises up to a strong dominant position, I don't think Bama gets much mention and there will be time to rebuild.

As far as I'm concerned, no amount of fricking up should cost Saban his job. He should be able to coach here as long as he wants.

Not likely to happen once I leave, but....
If it did, hopefully they talk about it as much as my offseason
