How the SEC still gets into the title game

1. Oregon loses to Stanford.
From watching the game last night, Cal with their starting QB and best offensive player out stayed right with Oregon until midway through the third, when they just ran out of gas. Oregon is extremely vulnerable to a physical running team. Stanford is exactly that. Not only that, but the injuries on defense are piling up for Oregon. I see them losing this coming weekend to an extremely underrated Stanford team who will be the best and deepest defense they will face all season.
2. Notre Dame loses to USC. I see no way that the Irish win in Los Angeles. A better team than Boston College wins last night's game by 3 touchdowns.
Kansas State is the only team I see running the table of the three remaining eligible unbeaten teams. Even they might lose to Texas + sip refs.

That's pretty much how I see it. Alabama/UGA goes to the ship. I'm pulling for UGA, so we can have an extra team win the MNC in this league.

The SEC championship will help out Georgia and Bama in the rankings. The lack of a championship will hurt K-State.
Does the Pac-10,12,16 have a championship game?

If there is a 1 loss team, it will be the SEC.

Kansas State plays the flaming cows on championship weekend.
PAC 12 has a title game. It's at the home stadium of the division champion with the better record.
If the season were to end today, it would be either at Palo Alto or Eugene.

If this logic requires Bama be the representative, then to hell with the streak. Bama tears are better than an SEC BCS champion.

The Pac-12 has a championship. And I don't see Oregon losing to Stanford. I get the wishful thinking, but the OP's argument for this was because a decent team hung around with Oregon for a little more than a half

The ship? c'mon. If Oregon beats Stanford, Oregon State and the PAC 12 championship, that will be something. an't see K State losing I agree that USC can beat ND.
So if that leaves K State and 1 spot open don't think its a lock for the SEC. Are we conceding this to the Bama/ Georgia winner. Funny till yesterday everybody here thought Georgia had a weak schedule ans was overrated.
Georgia - K Sttae? Could be.
Still think the Ducks are the best team right now. But, you could be right and SEC can waltz in.

Indeed it is. Guess I will have to deal with my jealousy of OU or K-State hoisting that crystal ball in January. We can drown out sorrows together after our insignificant bowls.

Yeah Oregon is losing some key players on defense to injury. Last night Bruce Feldman tweeted that Oregon was without their top 5 defensive linemen. That was clear last night.
