How many "Final 4" appearances would your football team have had in the BCS era?

5. I'm gonna count 2001 because we won the SEC championship and as long as an SEC champ isn't like 8-5 they should have a spot in the playoff. Besides that, 2003, 2006, 2007,and 2011

I would ask if this a mythical "final four" selection is based on BCS rankings at the end of the conference championships? Do your metrics take into account the fact that the different conferences started conference championship games on different time tables.
Why do I want to play this game? I am not arguing, but rather asking what's the point to all this?

The playoff NCS season is almost upon us and every school on the planet is on an even keel.

BCS counts. Like the CFP, it was a system that everyone agreed to play under. I'm not surprised a Georgia fan feels that way though.
