accessory to murder

I think this would have made a bigger splash in the media. Did they charge Miller last night?

We are seeing the evolution of the CANCEL CULTURE right before our eyes on the SEC Rant. Amazing times!!

And Miller should be charged with accessory before the fact....

This would be good, if he actually pulled the trigger.

There is a provision in the law called "accessory".

If the reports are to be believed he:
1. supplied the weapon
2. participated in blocking the target from escaping
3. participated in the shooter leaving the scene

Any one of the three might be construed as being an accessory to the crime. For which there are legal penalties.

Yep, and since he wasn’t charged already with all the evidence out there it’s safe to say he didn’t do any of that.

I'm also waiting on the victims family to file a civil case against Miller to go after any potential NBA money.

The depositions could get wild. Imagine the AD, Oats and the DA getting deposed.

You wait till after he signs his first contract. Any decent lawyer would tell you that.

If he was a ordinary African American dude in Tuscaloosa and not the star basketball player, he'd be in jail right now...

Simply substitute Miller for OJ in this classic Chris Rock skit...

If O.J. wasn’t famous, he’d be in jail right now. If O.J. drove a bus, he wouldn’t even be O.J. He’d be Orenthal the Bus Driving Murderer.
