They've been here all along. You just couldn't read see them past all the terrible Missouri fans.

All those stats showed me is that Henry played on a team that had absolutely no offense other than him. Judging by the number of carries he had they hardly ever passed the ball.

Not sure where you got your numbers but they seem a bit off for LF.

For HS career stats...

Henry
11,982 yards
8.6 YPC
1387 carries
153 rushing TDs

Fournette
5,036 yards
9.8 YPC
512 carries
63 rushing TDs

I'm guessing the big disparity in yards in TDs is the fact DH received almost three times as many carries as LF.

Using your logic here, the other team knew exactly what was coming at them, and Henry still had a better YPC average than Fournette.

Well, LF numbers are wrong. You're off by a full yard on ypc.

HS defenses knowing what is coming means jack shite. Most D-Linemen Henry played were smaller than him.

Proof will be in the pudding. We can revisit this topic in October. Not going to argue, you will see for yourself

You're right, it was 8.2. Thanks for correcting me. According to the stats too, it looks like LF missed his sophomore year in high school and Henry hasn't missed time which would A) dispel the myth Henry is more likely to sustain an injury than LF and B) account for some of the carries discrepancy.

And how is this any different than LF?

I just hope LSU doesn't wear LF down too early in his career

I'm very interested in seeing the passing/running ratio Cam uses this year with a new QB

All a defender needs to do is tackle low. Go for the knees. After a couple hard shots to the knee Henry will be tip-toeing through the holes

He had 28 - 30 carries some hgames and over 200 yds by halftime and would end with 40 - 45 carries 350 yds

They ran it a ridiculous amount

Henry may be a 4.5 RB but he is hard to run down from behind. He seems to run as fast as he needs to.

If we do wear him out, hoping not, it won't be this year. We still got Terrence Magee. He is pretty good himself. I hope that Darrel Williams pans out to avoid this very thing

think you can win a game when giving up 300+yds in rushing.

If any fanbase should know this it is Bama.

Also I have never seen more fapping over a single 100 yard rushing game than Bama fans for Henry

It sure is.....
Total carries, even going back to HS, is a topic that will get even more attention than it does now.

Darrell Williams is the other RB LSU signed this last cycle correct?
