UF is horrible on offense, and I do mean horrible, especially so with Driskel at QB.

Florida's offense didn't give up 42 points, 450 yards, and allow 75% of 3rd downs to be converted.

That "pretty good" defense gave up" 42 to Mizzou and 30 to Kentucky.

Nice try.

The Kentucky 30 was in three overtimes and the Florida defense only gave up 13 to Mizzou. The other TDs were a KO return, punt return, fumble return, and interception return.

If you wanted to give an example of Florida playing shitty defense, you should have asked how they gave up so many points to LSU.

Bama is a very good team, but I think people are simply overestimating their home vs away play to justify this game. They may very well win, but UF and A&M wins are flawed logic for that.

Why? Why is the logic flawed?? Did you see the amount of yards and points A&M put on MSU.....do I have to tell you what they did against Bama?

We are talking about the team quality here and focusing on how Bama's defense will handle MSU's passing game. Unlike Bama's passing game, it is more diverse in which players get the ball thrown to them.

Bama has one WR (Cooper) with 79 receptions. The next closest receiver has 26 followed by 14 and then a running back 4th with 14 catches. Sims is predictable and relies too much on Cooper which is why he was inefficient against LSU. MSU doesn't have the DBs that LSU has overall, but they are better than anyone else Bama's faced likely as a unit.

For comparison, LSU has 1 WR with 30 receptions and the next closest is 16. One dimensional.

A&M was truly a 1-dimensional team when they played Bama, as their run game was mediocre to bad. That game alone is giving Bama way too much praise as a defense. While they are still terrific defensively, they aren't as good as people want to think.

Sims plays different at home.....that's just something you're going to have to accept.

You are using one game that A&M sucked in as our excuse. Transitive property in college football doesn't work, because A&M got worse all season up until last weekend. They have 1 good win and that is it.

If Dak can't consistently hit the back shoulder throw to Wilson it's going to be along night for State. State is decent, but benefited from playing young teams early in the schedule. They are likely to get their shite pushed in tomorrow. Bama is lights out in BD.

Again, who did he play at home?

FAU
USM
UF
A&M

3 horrible defenses and one decent to mediocre one.

On the road he faced:
LSU
Arky
Ole Miss
Tennessee

Defensively 3 of those are very good to great, while the third isn't that bad.

Big difference when Alabama played 2 top 20 teams on the road and only a #24 team at home.

Big difference.

The questions: did you see the score going into the 4th? Did you pay attention to the mass subs we always do throughout the WHOLE game? I'm not talking a guy or 2 guys...4... I'm talking all 11!

Sims plays defense now?

How can Bama expect to defend the passing attack of MSU?

You can't

What does that have to do with him being able to communicate with Kiffin better?

oh.....ok. The Alabama players guard the MSU receivers and don't allow them to catch the ball thus defending MSU's "passing attak" and I rest my case..

Waiting to see how MSU does on the road against a team that doesn't have 3, 4 and 5 losses.

Well you can't do that because you know.....doesn't fit that LSU fans agenda.

That is definitely a factor and a benefit for playing at home, but I don't think that is the sole reason for his shift in numbers.

I am not claiming MSU is going to win, but it's the fact that Bama fans act like because it is a home game it is by default an offensive explosion coming.

I think its a tight game and the final score is something like 24-17, and who wins I don't know. If MSU can limit/contain Cooper to say 75 yards or less, I think they win.

Name the last team that Bama faced that was as balanced offensively as MSU and had a DL like MSU?

This will be a tough game for Bama and I think MSU wins because they spread the ball around on offense, while Bama is very dependent on Cooper.

That said, Bama winning wouldn't surprise me at all, but I doubt they score more than 24 points.
