Disney doesnt want any undue attention from the FCC right now. They dont want to be forced to divest their streaming platforms of the FCC determines their ownership of them is preventing fair competition in the distribution sector.


Facts.

They've got some significant exposure to action by not just the FCC but the FTC as well.

This is the way. I dropped YTTV and ESPN. Switched to free stream and I’m gonna try one day pass with Sling. Might just go that route from this point on.

FYI, Disney’s stock was down 8% in today’s trading.
