No no no. Dude panicked and made a horrible decision, that somehow bounced off a helmet and went for a TD. You couldn't move the ball at all for about 3 quarters, I think maybe 100 yards of offense in the first half? I'm not sure if you even watched the game.

Oh yeah because we didn't do anything to force those turnovers or anything. Or drop 2 interceptions late in the game that would have put the game away. Only Bama messes up and only Bama beats Bama.

And those rushing yards don't seem like much but we got them with our best OL (and arguably our best player) sitting over a vindictive NCAA investigation which forced us to start 3 Freshman!

The NFL has nothing to do with how good you are in college. It's early and the jury is still out, but he is the real deal as far as going into a hostile environment and not pussing out. Yes, he is in a very creative offense with great receivers and that obviously helps him, but he is decisive and can make the throws. And he appears to know the offense very well for a first-year starter in that offense.
