The Big12 needs to get to 12 members again, so they can have a championship game and so their name can be slightly less retarded.

All the top football programs in Texas would be in the Big 12. Impressive.

I don't know about that. I think it would do far more damage to Big 12 schools like Baylor, Oklahoma State, and Texas Tech. A shitload of Houston area kids would be more likely to stay at home to play in a P5 than go to those schools.
