It's comical...LSU has great tradition but they are losing the arms race in regards to coaching in the SEC...Its just a matter of time before LSU under Miles becomes Arkansas under Nutt...

Been hearing this going on 5 years now. Is 2012, the Mayan apocalypse, the year where it finally all comes crashing down?

They are letting what they "want" to have happen overwhelm the objective reality they are presented with. It's a very serious form of delusion. This year, the cognative dissonance was extremely tough on them but some are still repeating the same foolishness like a broken record in a desperate attempt to maybe make it come true if they just repeat it enough times. It's pathetic.

Miles is a good coach.

The mocking of him as a terrible coach with the LSU program on the decline is probably as much a result of being on this messageboard and reading the Tiger Rant as it is of any "cognitive dissonance".

like, the people who mock Miles the most are part of the LSU fanbase. Tiger Rant meltdowns even after wins are epic

you can call fans of other fanbases pathetic and delusional for downing miles, but they're just parroting your own fanbase.

Are Arkansas fans' opinions generally formed by reading the Tiger Rant? Interesting.

One thing I keep coming back to with Miles is this, his record against those universally accepted as the best coaches in the country.

Stoops 2-2 (with much less talent I might add)
Tressel 1-0
Saban 2-2
Spurrier 1-0
Meyer 3-3

I'd say when all is said and done, he holds his own.

Same thing with you talking smack about Arky. You are as wrong as they are. You are such a hypocrit.

What have I said about Arkansas that isn't true? Keep in mind the Ole Miss people think I'm an Arkansas shill because I always side with y'all in those epic debates.

Those people are idiots too. If you're just parroting them then my opinion of y'all is even lower than it already was.

Speaking of cognitive dissonance, you are obviously having a tough time dealing with yours after going into the season thinking LSU would beat Arkansas by 2-3 TDs. You can't leave Arkansas threads alone.

Arkansas is a good team and I knew it would be a tough game

Of course I was confident, why shouldn't I be? There's not a team in the country I wouldn't be confident in playing.

I interject myself into all kinds of threads. I'm also in the Ole Miss-State thread right now.

I thought we would win, but I also distinctly remember thinking and saying that I thought it would be a one score game.

And no, that obviously does not count.
