People are blasting the mother for citing something as a HIPAA violation when it obviously is not. If she just said something along the lines of “this is a private matter and you shouldn’t be discussing this” she still would have been wrong but not look as ignorant

Careful. Clark has been avoiding this fact all day and instead accusing people of racism because they are pointing out why she's wrong. Clark is a race baiting piece of shite who, typically in these cases, refuses to acknowledge the truth and instead throw veiled racism claims. He also ignored that the dumb bitch shared a tweet about her sons injury before "HIPPA" claims
